Product packages come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Packages are made out of cardboard paper and plastics, this is due to the low cost for fabrication, larger products or bulk products are shipped using crates or wooden boxes. Plastic packaging reduces damage to the product and also allows for a good presentation of the product without unpackaging to view the product. Box packaging or cardboard boxes are used for softer items such as clothing and sporting goods products. To reduce plastic usage and reducing cost of fabrication of plastic containers, businesses are looking into only using single plastic windows to view a product that maybe contained inside of a boxed package.
